First of all, if you never use Foscam VMS before, you can download Foscam VMS from https://www.foscam.com/downloads/app_software.html to your PC.
If you have added the camera to Foscam app on phone before, please login Foscam account on Foscam VMS, then camera will automatically appear in device list.
If you login local account on Foscam VMS, please add the camera to Foscam VMS first.
Step1:Please use Foscam VMS to open the camera settings.
Step2:Go to System --> System upgrade to download the firmware and do the update. Please unzip the downloaded file and only choose the .bin firmware file to update. Meawhile, you could download the firmware from https://www.foscam.com/downloads/index.html
Step3:After that, please go to Status --> Device information to check if the firmware version changed.
